Ms Evans was appointed as a Non-executive Director in August 2018, also being appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee.
On 19 August 2019, she was appointed as Chair of the newly renamed People & Governance Committee. Sally has over 30 years’ experience in private, government and social enterprise sectors and has worked in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong with responsibilities across the broader Asia Pacific region.
Sally has served as a Non-executive Director of Gateway Lifestyle Operations Limited. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Otago.
