John Natal

Mr Natal is Healius’ General Counsel. He joined Healius in 2018 as Head of M&A Law and in February 2020, was appointed to lead the legal team.

John is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, having been part of Herbert Smith Freehills’ M&A practice for 14 years. He has acted on leading public and private markets transactions across industries including healthcare, mining, broadcast media, music and manufacturing. He also has extensive experience in commercial contracting and advisory work, specialising in healthcare contracts and regulation.
